Adam is currently the Director of Innovation for a large school district in the Bay Area of California. A "20 To Watch" Technology Leader for the National School Board Association, Adam is passionate about technology integration in schools and a huge advocate of social media and connecting with other educators from across the country. He is the co-author of Kids Deserve It! and author of Run Like a Pirate, set for release in 2018. Along with Todd Nesloney, Adam also hosts a podcast series called “Kids Deserve It” where they interview inspiring educators and allow them to share their stories with the world. In this episode, Adam shares inspiring stories of the power of goal setting and how the biggest obstacle we sometimes face is selling ourselves short.

Todd is the Principal/Lead Learner at a PreK-5 school in Novasota, Texas. He is the award-winning co-author of Kids Deserve It! and author of the soon-to-be-released Stories from Webb.  Todd has been recognized by the National School Board Association as one of the “20 to Watch in Education," by the Center for Digital Education as one of their “Top 40 Innovators in Education,” and by the White House as a "Connected Educator Champion of Change.” Along with Adam Welcome, Todd also hosts a podcast series called “Kids Deserve It” where they interview inspiring educators and allow them to share their stories with the world. In this broadcast, Todd and Brent chat about the responsibility teachers have to share their stories and experiences, as they may be just the thing others need to hear.
